APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES BY INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF SARASOTA FOR THE 21ST CENTURY COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTERS IN NORTH COUNTY
Description
This agreement details the relationship and responsibilities shared by the School Board of Sarasota County and the Community Based Organization (CBO), Boys and Girls Club of Sarasota, to be responsible for full implementation of the 21st Century Community Learning Center (CCLC) program in North County; service to be provided at six (6) school-based sites, CBO and FBO sites as detailed in the Grant.
Recommendation
That the School Board of Sarasota County approve the agreement with Boys and Girls Club of Sarasota County to be responsible for implementing the 21st CCLC program in North County for 2010-2011.

Financial Impact
